Changing from AMD to Intel

I am considering changing my AMD processor and MB to an Intel driven system.

If I do this will my computer boot up as usual or will I have to reinstall everything,

Thanks for the replies, one more question, how do I remove the drivers. I can'y find anything in devices, and search brings up nothing (Start search programs and Files)
