Hello all, ive currently got a Radeon HD3400 in and want to change to a GeForce card ive been given. Whats the best software to clean the drivers off my machine? and the best way to go about changing the graphics card over?

At this stage I'd recommend just uninstalling the ATI drivers via control panel. Turn the machine off. Install nVidia card. Boot up machine. Download latest nVidia drivers and it will then probably request a reboot. That is pretty much it. :)

Only if you start to get other issues (which is unlikely) should you consider using a program like driversweeper for example. It can be very useful but it can also complicate matters. Be careful!
