Changing from Console

Decided to move to PC gaming from console looking for help with a build £1300max Already have Monitor and keyboard and mouse, games i will be playing are as followed -
Black Ops 4
Fallout 76
PubG
Total War Warhammer 2

Don't want to have to upgrade it again anytime soon.

What's your monitor details ?

Resolution, sync tech, Hz etc

Also to self build or built for you ?

My friend will be selling me his old AG241QG 24" ITS 2560X1440
And it will not be self built i really dont know a lot about PC's
