Hi,
I have a HAF-X case that I would like to upgrade from. It has taken a beating from the past few years after moving a few times. I'm honestly lost when I look at the cases available and can't decide on anything yet.
I'm not really sure whether I want to remain full tower or go to mid tower. It's an air cooled gaming machine, so it needs to be big enough to accommodate big air cooled CPU coolers and big graphics cards. Currently I have a Noctua DH-15 Chromax Black, but I may one day go back to a large AIO cooler. My only concern would be lack of space if I downsize from a full tower.
Budget I am fairly flexible as I am looking for quality. I am looking for excellent thermals, reasonable sound isolation and good protection from dust. Next most important thing is having good case features such as access to CPU backplates, easy cable management, spacious to work in, installation of drives, etc.
Aesthetics is important too, but I'm sure I'll find something I'll like from the high end cases available.
