Changing from VM to BT

Hi just need a little help to make sure I have made the correct decision.

VM 300Mb connection contract finished.

Used Quidco to get £110 Cashback for BT Fibre. They have quoted Min speeds to be 50Mb and between 60Mb.

All for £29.99 with an £110 gift card.

Now we use Netflix 4k, have X2 tablets that use YouTube, Amazon Prime & Netflix. PS4 Pro and an 4K TV with is used a lot for YouTube viewing.

VM said we use 700GB per month I really cannot it been that much?

Anyway enough of the ramblings, will 50Mb be enough and be noticeable? I may cancel the order as I am worrying it's a massive drop in speed.

How many of those things do you do simultaneously? That will determine whether it’ll be an issue for you because 50Mbps is more than plenty for any of those on their own, 2x simultaneous Netflix UHD streams or any combination of some of the other activities. 700Gb per month is fairly easy to achieve these days. I just checked on my Plusnet usage and this week alone it is over 800Gb.

Usually 4k Netflix and YouTube maybe occasionally the PS4 on at the same time.

So 50Mb will be good for 2 4k devices playing at the same time?
