Yooo guys,
Just got back from Holiday, so spent the past few months doing weights for them gainz… However, now I’m back I need to change up my workout plan. I’m doing Coed-y-Brenin and Snowdon (Mountain Biking) in Oct so have 2 months to try and get my overall cycling stamina/conditioning up.
I can take care of the cycling cardio myself, but after some suggestions on training plans to improve and strengthen myself for the trip via the gym. Generally I do the gym 3 times a week.
Is it worth me just doing lots of HiT training and including lower back, legs and core?
Any training plans you can point me toward?
