Changing HSF on Q6600/GA-P35C-DS3R - mobo out?

Hi folks, just wondering if its a mobo out job to upgrade the HSF on my rig. When I got it last year I was watching pennies and kept the standard Intel cooler, now I want to upgrade.

Ive got the standard one in it just now, its running at 3GHz with slight increases in voltage but want to stretch the CPUs legs as far as they will go really.

What ones would you recommend for that (either mobo out or otherwise).
