hi guys,
As you may or may not know im having to change ISP as pipex/Tiscalli (was originally bulldog) has just gone FUBAR, its unuseable.
I dont have cable, or ADSL2+ in my area, so will have to go for my normal isps, im a long way from the exchange and will only connect at around 3-3.5Mb, which is fine.
I have been browsing on here for a while now, and people seem to swear by o2 and be*. but all indications to this reccomendation seem to be in relation to their faster services which i gather uses a newer technology or a faster exchange?
My exchange doesnt seem that amazing (http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/STWEYMH). what ISP would you suggest i use for the best speeds during off-peak and peak times? is o2's standard (but more expensive) broadband package any good ?
