Hey guys, sorry if this seems like an absolutely stupid question to you lot but Ive never changed ISP before or phone company. Simply because I can't (I live in Hull and we only have access to ONE ISP/phone provider - yay for us 
). Anyways, my girlfriend lives outside of Hull in the country and her house has finally been enabled for fibre, she currently receives 0.67 Mbps download connection speed 
, its absolutely dire. This is with BT.
Several people have recommended Plusnet to us to change to now that fibre is here. Do we have to cancel the existing contract with BT before ordering Plusnet, or does Plusnet take care of all of that for us?
Secondly, any comments on Plusnet from you guys? Is it a yay or nay situation.
She's not looking for crazy fast fibre, just something capable of watching a god damn youtube video haha and something reliable whilst remaining as cheap as possible. Are there other companies we should be looking at?
