Changing KDE shortcut keys?

I am not seeing a computer admin sectio is sys settungs.

1. To start the KDE shortcut configuration, find System Settings in the menu, or press “Alt-F2”, type “systemsettings“, and press enter.

2. Click “Keyboard & Mouse” in the Computer Administration section.

The guide your using is probably out of date and not for plasma 5.

I see nothing that says screenshot in shortcuts.I went to the editor & it is strange. Sterp ny step me please.

Should be Print screen ! It should bring up Spectacle.
