Changing latency

It is possible to change the latency of my ram.I,m using G skill NQ series 1600 CL 9 9 9 24-P6T mobo-i7 920,3.2ghz.Thanks

yes. you can change it in the bios, but the amount of you can change depends on you r overclock and mobo
