Changing memory frequency on Abit NF7

Booting up,my bios shows my memory as DDR 333 but it is DDR400?
I've looked through the various options but I can't see where to change it.
I can't find anything on the abit web site either ?

Any suggestions please?

running a 166MHz CPU?
By default it will run the RAM in synch with the CPU fsb as on K7 that gets you the best performance.
