Hi all
Does anyone else's X-Fi driver freeze up when changing from one mode to another "on-the-fly", e.g. when playing a game or watching TV?
Nothing crashes, but in the case of Vista Media Centre the sound disappears until I load Winamp or something that "kicks it into life".
In the case of games, the sound will not come back unless I restart the game.
It's a slight pain having to change the mode every time, so has anyone had and resolved this problem, or found a way to automatically change the mode when a game is launched and revert when exited?
