My multiplier is changing from 7 (as set in the BIOS) to 6, and CoreTemp is reporting the wrong speeds. It has something to do with SpeedStep or EIST or C1E I think, I saw a topic a couple of days ago saying to Disable one of them but I can't find it :<

Thanks in advance,
- Saul.

BIOS -> "Advanced" -> "CPU Settings"

Disable C1E Support, and if that doesn't work disable CPU TM aswell.

There's really no need to disable Speedstep. It's there to slow the processor when full speed isn't needed and saves you money on your leccy bill.
