Changing My Dell XPS L702X Screen?

Currently my screen for Dell XPS L702X is a 17.3 INCH FULL HD WLED AG (1920X1080) this is not a 3D screen and runs at 60Hz. I wanted to no can I upgrade to a 3D 120Hz glossy screen? If no can I just upgrade to a glossy 1080p screen? really don't like the current 1080p matte screen colours look washed out. Also how would I no which one is right for my Dell XPS L702X? my specs are below.

i7 2670qm
3GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 555M
8GB 1333MHZ DDR3 Memory Ram
500GB HDD

I have same specs as you, and my 702x came with 120hz ref: LGD02C5.

No idea if it will work with your setup though, as i dont know if it needs some other controllers.
