Is there a time limit to when you can change your number with a new mobile phone supplier? I don't mean the PAC code usage time limit (I believe that is usually about 30 days) But for example if I get a new sim and contract with a new provider, but keep my old phone and number, and then 2 or 3 months later can I request the PAC code from my old number and port it across the the phone / sim I've had for a couple of months?
