Changing overall OSX font size?

I've had a look around OSX and would like to derease the overall system font size if possible but can't seem to find where to do it. I have found how to change font size for things on desktop through right clicking and changing view options. But can't find where to change it for the menu at the top, the dock text, etc, etc.

Is it possible?

Well, you can download a prefpane if you want to, but I think tiger adds this functionality
