Changing Page Messages.

Hi guys,

I want to be able to change the page error messages that are displayed when a page is unavailable or incorrectly spelt etc.

I'm with Streamline for my hosting, so is there anything I can do?

These are the two errors I get now:

I've noticed that on OC for example, if you type http://www.overclockers.co.uk/dog/ say, it just redirects you to http://www.overclockers.co.uk/ I'd like to be able to do something like that

.htaccess is your friend. It's a file (called .htaccess) that you can dump in your web directory and fill it with different commands that will help you with error messages.

What control panel does your host offer? If it's cPanel, then there should be an option for customising error pages in there under 'Custom Error Pages'.
