Hi all

I've been told that one reason why my focus is steemed up in a morning is that the pollen filter needs changing. Im about to order one and was wondering if anyone has swapped one out before?

My Haynes manual IS in the post but i wanted to know if there are any pit falls or caveats?

Cheers

Common thing with the Focus is the seal used for the scuttle panel ends up letting water through, which in turn goes through the pollen filter and onto the passenger footwell.

Its worth buying a new seal along with the pollen filter when you come to renew it. They also changed the design on the scuttle panel although Ive been fine with just changing the seal.

Can you link to the bay for one please? ;) Or recommend and online retailer who can supply both. Thanks.

1121106 @ £15.59 ( filter)
1316193 @ £1.69 (seal)

New scuttle panel cover (optional):

1320540 @ £17.01 inc vat (cover)

These all for a 2002 Focus? I'm a bit unsure about the Scuttle panel cover. Why would i need one of those? How can i check? Thanks in advance. Youve been a big help.
