changing res in Hearts of Iron Doomsday

Hey guys, anyone know how to do the mentioned?

i cant see any options or anything :S

You can't change it normally, you have to use a hex editor*. I also wouldn't recommend it as I've never had it stable doing it, the best option I've found is just to run it in a window.

how do i put it into window mode then mate?

EDIT - Just to clarify, that program will also create the window exe you can use
