Changing shutter speed on Ixus v3

Random but can someone tell me ASAP please how to change to shutter speed on a Canon Ixus V3, have no access to manual. Cheers

I don't think you can specify either the aperture or the shutter speed on that camera, according to dpreview the camera doesn't have either an aperture or shutter priority mode to let you change the settings.
