Changing Sigs

I've seen it on here and other forums were somebodies sig changes each time the page is refreshed, I believe this is using HTML within the sig...

Can anyone give me advice on how to do this myself please, it'd be much appreciated

Right, I thank you for that but i need the coding basically if pos as i want it for images around the 500 x 150 mark so it'll also be a lot more than 20k
