Trying to change the strings it seems impossible, does anyone know how to do it, do the whit bits pop out or do i need to thread it through somehow from the back??

The bridge pins (white bits) do come out, but can get very stiff if they have been in there a while. If you have a string winder these sometimes have a slot for pulling the bridge pins out.

Failing that I usually slacken the strings off, and use my pliers of something like that to push the pins upwards from inside the guitar body. You can use pliers to pull the pin out from the top, but risk damaging the pin and the bridge by doing this.

Once all of the bridge pins and strings are removed, you will notice each bridge pin has a lot down the side of it. The new string goes in from the top of the bridge, with the bridge pin, and aligns with the slot in the bridge pin. Once the pin is puched in, pull the string up firmly to make sure any slack inside the body is pulled tight.

Check out THIS youtube vid, about 2 mins in.
