Hi, im connected through VGA to PC monitor, now i just downloaded top spin 2 demo, and it says i need to change to PAL-60.

Just read up on this and it says I need to connect to a TV with composite leads, where i will then get the choice to change to PAL-60. Do this, then connect back up through VGA on my Monitor and the settings will stick...

But...

Will I need to go through all that **** above to change back to PAL-50 when i finally decide to finish playing the demo and go back to my other games?

Pretty Annoying TBH!

You probably won't notice any difference because you're playing through VGA which is 60fps anyway. It's just a quirk of the 360.

Once I change to PAL60 via VGA can I play games like forza and update Halo2 which always have a wobbly on a VGA output?

Incase you didn't know you can play Forza on the 360 but you need to change the res to 640 x 480.

Does this work with psychonauts as well? I changed it through the scart output and then switched to VGA and it still didn't work :(

No idea but with Hitman Blood Money I had to actually run the game once on a TV on PAL 60 and then I could play it via VGA.

Are there any updates available for the games that you have to play on a TV first?
some games recieve and update over xbox live to allow/give better VGA support
