I know there is plenty of videos etc on doing this but i really would like to see it done. I only have the cpu water cooled so if anyone in the west midlands Would be willing to do this and show me how to do it right it would be much appreciated. I am free this weekend and willing to pay for someones time.
 
If you have seen videos then you know what to do?

Ideal way is to disconnect a fitting at the lowest part of your loop so all the water will drain, doesn't get much simpler then that
 
A bit confused by the question. Did you get someone else to put the loop together in the first place?

Look for a drain line near the bottom of the case. There should be one, if there isn't I suggest you put one in before refilling it.

If you're using barbs, just pull the tubing off one and try to catch the water. Removing the cpu block, so that it hangs out of the case supported by the tubing, then pulling one of those tubes off is probably the best plan. If you're using compression fittings then you have to unscrew one, which takes longer and makes leaks more likely.

A photo of the inside of your case would help.
 
I would just simply remove waterblock, then remove motherboard from case.
Get water collector, eg a jug or something like that and place it under the rad and pull out the hose, let it drain in. Then tip the case around until all fluid is out.
 
it is really easy to do just make sure no power is on and disconnect a tube anywhere really, get a bucket and empty.
even if you spill some as long as the power is off and you dry it properly it will not damage anything
 
Ok thanks guys i am going to change all my tubing at the same time i think. looking at it today it looks fairly straight forward so ill let you know how it turns out:)
