Changing XBL Profile....

Is it possible to change (temporarly) my XBox Live Profile to be US?
I want this http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/marketplace/d/darkknight/themes.htm and its associated GamerPics but its US only
Other option, if a ceate a new profile (a US one) would the theme be available to my UK one?

You can use a US profile to download it and you can use it on your UK profile.
