Changing Y Splitter and Dual CPU Fan Fans ( Phantek )

Afternoon guys, i am currently using http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-012-PT
And would like to change the Y splitter and Fans to Red. To Match my AeroCool Strike-X Air case, Ram and every other periphal.

Any advice on decent quiet fans to accomodate this?

I am thinking of using one of these lot of choices.

Have you thought about painting the fans you already have? its not actually that difficult if you have the patience to take the fan apart. Doesn't work out cheaper but you get to keep your good quality fans instead of trading down in performance to get the looks.

Me and painting really don't mix. Also i don't mind about losing minimal performance as i am using Open Air to house my rig. I have found a set of fans that are better power output in comparison but not available on OCUK.
