Channel 4 OD Startup

Hi

How would i stop Channel 4 OD starting up automatically with windows?

Also, I have installed channel 5's on demand program - is there anyway of stopping that starting up also?

start > run > msconfig > startup >

deslect it, apply changes with restart.

I think 4OD adds itself again next time you run it. Certainly I struggled to stop it from running at startup, it's a bit of a nasty program and it uses masses of upload bandwidth when it's running.
