channel 5 and connections ?

Hi All I have a problem , i,m currently with Nildram ,whos is really Tiscali uk ,and just recently i,m having trouble playing the Channel 5 on demand free t.v programs ,its on the windows 11 online player that the website uses for free programs ,similar to B.B.C Iplayer, i,m just wondering if there doing anything to stop that ,coz the connection that would enable the best experience is 768kp and i noticed this drops to 408 kp's any ideas ??

Knowing Tiscali you're probably getting a contended, or worse, traffic shaped, connection. Try it at different times of the day (very early/very late is a good bet) to see if the connection improves.
