Charging for images

got a band intrested in buying/using some of my images,

any tips on prices and agreement etc?

Whats the usage going to be? Is it just a couple of shots for web usage? I charge bands £5 per shot for that. Its dirt cheap but they usually buy a few.

yea its just a few for web usage at the mo,

but they might wana use them for more stuff, posters, etc, so i need a fancy agreement type thing!

anyone have a link to a good site, dealing with such issues? copyright etc?

really need a well writen letter, that covers all my bases kinda thing.
