Charging iPod

hi all!
i have got the new ipod touch 4g
i have also got a hard case for it
this one to be exact

can i charge my ipod in this?
is there any risk of overheating?
is there any chance of damage that apple will not cover?
anyone had any experiences with this?

it is just a pain taking it off and putting it back on again over and over

1) Yes - It doesn't appear to cover the dock connector.
2) No.
3) Don't know, doubt it though, it's just a cover.
4) No.
