Charging tablet while using wireless keyboard

I feel dumb asking this but is it possible to use a tablet with a wireless (not bluetooth) keyboard/mouse dongle plugged into it AND charge the tablet at the same time?

The tablet only has one micro usb slot. I was hoping there is a dongle that will plug into the tablets micro usb slot and have two inputs. One for the keyboard/mouse dongle and one for the psu.

Tricky one - some tablets flat out don't provide USB pass through when charging via a single micro USB connection - some have an advanced BIOS option and some actually support it - you can indeed buy a dongle but often this tends to be a model specific thing due to the various ways of getting it to work - some have to use tricks to make it work (they will be called something like "OTG Micro USB Simultaneous Charging").
