I am looking to chare MS Outlook Mailbox of a particular computer without using a dedicated server, all system have windows XP with outlook 2000 & outlook 2003.

I have looked into OLFolders but it can not handle attachements properly over the network, and MS Exchange is a no no.

Essential features are:

Share an outlook Mailbox,
Allow only particular users to change mail (eg delete)

And thats it, any light on the subject greatly appreciated.

easy, stick the pst files in a shared directory, point all the outlook clients to it. Would almost certainly have some complaints about having 2 clients loaded at the same time.

This is not an option as certain users will only be allowed to view mail. The boss is the only one allowed to deleted or move emails to other folders
