Chart explaining different CPU performance ??

Hi,

just bought for a friend the Intel duo 2 core viiv e4300 1.8ghz Pc.

Doesn't mean that much to be really, just a whole bunch of numbers

Anyone know of a decent comparison chart to compare it with other CPU's ??

Only in the iTunes test, try picking some other tests and the C2D's show their strengths. In most tests the 2.93Ghz C2D is considerably faster than the 2Ghz AMD FX-74.

The benchmarks for the FX-70/72/74 are all 4x4 dual core, dual cpu systems, so they are more like Core 2 Quad's than Core 2 Duos, in fully multithreaded tests.
