Chartered Management Iinstitute (CMI) certification

Hi chaps,
I've just been enrolled by my employer to do this course, has anyone done it and is it any good? I'm all up for extra curricular, but I'm weary of courses promising big benefits only to be completely useless.

I have done some looking around and it does seem promising... but any info would be welcome

also any resources to start would also help!

I have done a Level 5 course with them. It is useful in teaching you leadership and management skills but as with everything you get from it what you are willing to put it. I would definitely advise being open minded but take everything back with you and think about it for a while.

They offer some great training, and the courses are very useful.

The more you put in and learn the more you get out.
