As part of my lounge refurb I am adding lots of network and zoned lighting cabling but the audio side of things is something I know little about.
Currently I only have an integrated Samsung home cinema 5.1 AV unit (I know the shame!) but will update to separates once the room is done. I want to avoid surface audio cabling or the wireless transmitter I currently have for rear speakers so am getting the walls chased in each corner of the room and as well as for a sub woofer.
The questions I have are:
Is there anything else I should consider when wiring for audio? I'll get the cables separated from other cabling as much as possible.

The questions I have are:
- What kind of cabling should I get run?
- What face plates should I use. Most of the brush plates and plates with connectors I've seen so far look a bit ugly/off white and won't match the consistent plates we are using throughout the house.
