hi im in the middle of my first build and ive gotten everything up and running and im trying to do some cable management. At the moment im running a H80 cooler of which the 2 fans are plugged into the cpu-block and that is plugged into the Cpu-fan header. my case however has 2 top mounted fans which are going into molex(arghhHH!!!) connectors atm, however would it be ok to plug one into the cpu-fan-opt(optional) header?
