CHASSIS intrusion error on Rampage 2 extreme??

So occasionally when i turn the system on I get
"NEW CPU INSTALLED
Chassis Intrusion
Fatal Error"

And it wont boot. Solution seems to be turning it on and off, clearing the cmos or taking out the power.

Can anyone give me details on this ? Do I have a faulty board?

Check the chasis intrusion connector on the mobo. Something might be short-circuiting/touching it
