Chatrooms: Anyone still use them?

Good times had with MSN chat rooms creating proxy bots in mIRC to take over channels or flood them till they crashed... Then when more people started doing it moving to C# bots and giggle at how much faster my army was :p

Being a script kiddie like a boss.

As for chatting in them? No not really, except some old IRC channels.
 
Mind thinking about it, I had an IRC channel with a Q bot that only 3 people ever used. This was before Q bots needed a ridiculous amount of users.
 
I remember AOL chat rooms. I don't think I've used one since then. If I did it would probably be to troll it with SCSI spam.
 
I used to love chatting on AOL when I was 13. Loads of hot older women on there always wanting to private chat... Them was the days :D
 
I used to use AOL chat rooms when I was a kid with my dad sat next to me making sure I was OK. :D

Last chat room I used was chatagogo about 12 years ago, met a girl from Swansea dated for 2 years great girl shame it ended. Those were the days, spending hours talking rubbish. God knows how many months were wasted sitting in front of the screen writing crap
 
Coming from aol back in 94, i used to miss the chat rooms from there, met many a gamer/ girl ;).

What with MSN now dead what is there?!
 
Used to use them way back before the flood of pervs took over. Hooked up with a few girls back then but this was before digital cameras were about and they all claimed to be 21 y/o Britney Spears look a likes. It was a lot easier and seemed more innocent.

Last time I tried one a few years back it was just blokes trying to harass females into watching them have a waz on the webcam :confused:

Still friends with a couple of American girls I speak to regularly on phone, email etc.
