Is this right?

Even if the mileage is misprinted and it should be 112k, is it still a bargain?

Almost too good to be true I'd say, I'd get a HPI check first if I was considering buying it

There is one just around the corner from Robertson Passage. Thats even better.

That one has almost certainly done 112k. Look at the interior, unlikely its done just over 10k.

Even if its done 112k it's still ridiculously cheap. Something wrong there.

I did that recently - 2002 Turbo @ 2100 quid, went to snap that up, rang the bloke up and he was like "no, unfortunately its' not that cheap, it's 21,000....." (a more realistic price for what he was selling)

Guy must have been inundated with phonecalls. Bless him
