Cheap 19" WS

Hi,

I'm VERY tempted to buy this:

Can anyone vouch for this monitor?

I don't really trust the 'customer reviews' much prefer these forums.

Also, I was wondering, Can this, or any 19" WS monitor be wall mounted?

Have heard fairly good things but haven't seen it in the flesh so couldn't confirm!

The 19" Belinea is a corker however! And probably worth it for the extra £10 outlay! My gf has one and it's excellent!

I'm using the 19" belinea here, it's great!

The Hanns G is meant to be pretty equivelant though, apparently it uses the same panel as the belinea and the acer, so it should be alright!

I have the Belinea and its excellent, Ive heard the Hanns-G is top notch as well, either way your getting value for money.

Ive got two hanns-g's they are great value for money and yes they are wall mountable

The Hanns G is great, used it as a primary monitor for about 5months, until i got one of the 22" belineas. both great moniotrs, especially for the price.

If I got the Belinea, It'd cost slightly more, I'd lose DVI, and is it wall mountable? Cheers

The Belinea is VGA only, and isn't wall mountable. But the quality of the screen is great!

I can vouch for the Belinea as being a decent budget screen, although I feel 19" WS is a tad too small and much prefer my 21" Sony G520 for gaming on. I've not had any first hand experience with the Hanns-G but if your planning on buying one then the following thread may be worth a read.

i got this screen its awesome. both sorts of inputs no ghosting and not one dead or stuck pixel. cant complain at all its a great for the price

You guys should check out the Viewsonic 19" and 20" models we have as those are even cheaper for the moment, very good buys indeed.

Not necessarily in itself a bad thing! I tried my Hyundai on a VGA and DVI cable. Flicking back and forth I could see no difference! Infact I even put the VGA through a Belkin KVM switch and compared that to the DVI image and could see no difference
