Cheap 22"

I am looking at getting a cheap 22" montior for my parents budget pc.

Which is best out of these two?

What are peoples experiances?

Out of those two? The Acer at a pure guess but only because the bar will have been set low by that Value monitor.

The Acer has a nicer bezel as well but tbh, they're both cheap TN Panels so there won't be a huge difference either way.

Dell are having a sale on their website at the moment and a 22" can be had for not much more than the Acer. I'd get that.

I hate dealing with Dell's customer service, and I don't think much of their PC's but their monitors are so good I'm willing to overlook some these factors.

What will they be using the computer for? if its just internet etc the ocuk should be fine.
