Cheap 27" or same price 24"

Okay so my current monitor has just died. I'm looking at either a cheap 27" https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-027-AO&groupid=17&catid=1120 or as an alternative a 24" which would be better? Looking at spending a max of £250, primary use is gaming.
