Cheap 3g phone?

My friend is looking for the cheapest 3g phones he can get, he has a budget of £150, doubt they are that cheap though, any reccomendations?

Nokia 6630?

Motorola C975 has 3g and is about £80.
Not the greatest phone though and I'd recommend a 6630 over it np, but the Nokia's going to be about £160ish I think.

The Nokia 6630 is £89 from Orange as a refurb.

It's locked to Orange but is contract free.

I suppose there's a specific reason why your friend wants a 3G phone though. I'd assume that it's either to take advantage of 3's crazy deals or for video calling. Since the 6630 on Orange is locked and doesn't have a front camera, it's not going to satisfy either of those criteria. It's still a great 3G phone for the price though.
