Cheap 7850

Found a 2GB Sapphire 7850 locally at a very good price but wanted to check if there is any reason for it to be cheaper that the other 2GB versions. The only obvious difference is the cooler (fans have a dual-x logo) and possibly the PCB as it looks smaller, but not sure though.

Couldn't resist as it seemed to be the last one. Will do some reading first before opening it just in case it is a cropped down version.

It is a plain 7850 with 860/1200. Overclocks very easily (tried 950/1300 without any voltage change) and runs really quiet. Very impressed tbh as it required only one power cable compared to the 6950 it replaced.

does it go any higher on stock v? should be able to do 1050/1375,get the latest beta drivers installed aswell with those cards

Tried 1000/1300 and all ok. Tempted to push it more to see how far it goes but already realy pleased. Very overclockable cards indeed.
