Cheap and decent Monitor

I'm looking to buy a new monitor that will be used for gaming and to go along with a standard Acer monitor that I already have. I've seen the Acer GF246HL which looks good at £140 as it has freesync and I have a RX 470 card. Will this be a good buy?
