Cheap Android Phone for Skype?

I'm after a cheap android phone for skype calls for the missus. Must work all over the world (I'm sure nearly all phones do now?). I have a budget of about £120 and have seen the Samsung Galaxy Y is there anything else?

I'm going cheap because knowing her she'll end up breaking it.

Lumia 620 is the obvious new choice at that price, despite it not being Android, not many £120 Android phones are going to give any advantages in app selection and such, and Nokia do like to build in the connectivity options (Quad band 3G & 2G - so it'll work pretty much the world over), whereas with Android competitors, you'll be shopping around a while to find quad-band (e.g Galaxy Y is only dual band 3G).

Just picked up a Galaxy ACE2 for 119.00 from P4U on friday, PAYG upgrade it is getting Jellybean within the next month too.

I used skype on a few different mobiles, I'm not sure I would recommend it on any - had loads of issues with it, much better on my nexus7 (or maybe a decent spec phone, but not any of the cheap ones) unless skype has improved vastly in the last couple of months
