Cheap android phone

I'm looking for the cheapest most basic android phone new or used as a backup phone, i don't care what it looks like or how old it is,

WiFi
Camera
Im only installing , PayPal, Google pay, email, maps, eBay, Facebook marketplace and messenger.
Sim free

I want it for £20 -30 as I work in a trade where my work phone gets smashed on a regular basis.

Any recommendations?

When you say Google Pay is a requirement, that shows as currently requiring at least Android Pie/9.0.

But a few phones which I can see searching online for 2nd hand and unlocked would be:

• Google Pixel 2 (Android 11) can find for ~£50
• Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) ~£60
• Xiaomi Mi A1 (Android 9) ~£45
• Oneplus 3T (Android 9) ~£45
• Nokia 3.2 (Android 11) ~£38

I've owned both Pixels and OP3T and all were great phones. Been a while so not sure how they would standup against more modern devices.

I think having a more streamlined version of Android would help for an older phone.

These were online prices I could find from CEX online.
