So i was looking for a new pc for the TV in the living room, really it want it as cheap as possible and as small as possible. I've been looking at the HD 7770 just because its good value and just right for what i want but i cant decide on the hardware i between, preferably want a Intel CPU and a small form factor case and mobo but other than that whatever, so if anyone can help i will be very grateful, thanks.

Hard to tell what to spec from your post. I kept to a Radeon 7770, and Intel CPU, then went with cheap. Mini ITX case, but not the smallest due to having to fit that 7770.

You could swap out the HDD for a 64GB SSD if you don't need the storage space.
