Cheap build to practice 'servering'

I've made the cheapest build I could which I think will still perform OK. I'm just looking to practice configuring windows and linux servers, but don't want something that will spend all year trying to load notepad. I've got a few spare hard drives so don't need any of those, and a wireless adapter already.

** No Competitors **

I've never built a pc before and partpicker seems to identify any connection issues, but would someone please have a look and let me know if they think there could be any issues putting this all together?
Thanks

Have you considered doing it virtually?

If you already have a PC you'd just need enough memory and a copy of VirtualBox.

Or get an AWS free tier account and also practice bringing up cloud VMs as and when you need them. I have a server sitting next to my PC desk for the same reasons, it has not been switched on for anything but updating for more than a year. You can of course do both and practice hybrid cloud.
